Album Info:Near Washington Union Station, QN Tower was busy on an August morning in 1988. The tower was built by the B&O and had less than 4 years service remaining until it's closing on September 28, 1992. Maryland Department of Transporation FP7's and a GP39H-2 rolled their commuter runs east and westbound out of Washington Union Station past the old tower. The album includes Amtrak operations also that day as seen from the windows of the Metro. Date was within August, 1988.
